1. Personal Information Collected Directly by the Company
The Company does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, password, or payment information to provide the Service. The Service has no sign-up/login, inquiry form, or in-app purchase features.
However, if you contact us by email (cs@deepxrlab.com), the Company uses the email address and message you send in order to respond.
2. Information Stored Only on Your Device
A. Information stored
So that you can continue your game, the following information is stored only in the app's storage on your device. It is not sent to the Company, and the Company cannot access it.
Stage progress and the state of the game board in progress
Counts and timestamps used to space out interstitial ads
B. How to delete
Deleting the app removes the information above from your device.
You can delete your game records (progress, daily/streaks, themes, items, settings, etc.) via Settings > Data > "Reset all data" in the app. Deleted information cannot be recovered.
C. Device backups
Android : The Service's data is configured to be excluded from automatic device backup and device-to-device data transfer.
iOS : No backup exclusion is configured, so the data may be included in device backups you make (such as iCloud Backup or a computer backup). These backups are managed through your Apple Account or computer, and the Company cannot access them.
3. Information Processed by the Ads SDK
A. Ad provider and ad formats
The Service is free and includes the Google AdMob mobile ads SDK provided by Google LLC (the "Ads SDK") to show ads. The following ads are shown in the Service.
Interstitial ads : full-screen ads shown at certain intervals when a stage ends
Rewarded ads : ads you choose to watch; watching to the end gives you a reward such as continuing a stage, an item (Hint, Reveal), or restoring a streak
B. Information processed by the Ads SDK
According to Google's published data disclosure documentation for the Ads SDK (as checked in September 2026), the Ads SDK automatically collects the following information and sends it to Google.
IP address : may be used to estimate the general location of the device
Device identifiers : on Android, the advertising ID, app set ID, and, if applicable, identifiers related to accounts signed in on the device; on iOS, the advertising identifier (IDFA, if you allow app tracking) or other app- or developer-scoped device identifiers
App and ad interaction information : interactions such as app launches, taps, and video views, and the ads shown to you
Diagnostic information : performance information about the app and the Ads SDK, such as app launch time, hang rate, and energy usage, and crash logs
C. Purposes
Google uses this information to show ads (including personalized ads, depending on your consent status and device settings), to measure and analyze ad performance, and to prevent fraud.
The Company does not directly receive or retain the individual information that the Ads SDK sends to Google.
D. Consent process
When you launch the app, Google's consent management tool (User Messaging Platform) checks with Google whether ad consent is required based on your region and applicable laws, and shows a consent form if needed. The Ads SDK is initialized only after this process is complete and ads can be requested.
On iOS, if you have not made a choice yet, an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission request is shown before the Ads SDK is initialized.
For details on how Google processes information, please see:
The information above does not pass through the Company's servers; it is collected by the Ads SDK included in the Service and sent directly to Google. Details are as follows.
Recipient : Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043, USA) / Privacy inquiries: Google privacy contact
Destination countries : the United States and other countries where Google operates servers
Timing and method : sent over the network when the app checks ad consent and requests or displays ads
Items transferred : the information listed in B above
How to refuse and effects of refusal : You can refuse personalized ads and the use of advertising identifiers using the methods in section 4, and doing so does not restrict your use of the game. However, information needed to serve ads (such as IP address) may still be sent to Google when ads are requested. If you do not want any information to be sent, please stop using the Service and delete the app.
4. Opting Out of Personalized Ads and Managing Consent
Reset ad consent in the app : In regions where the consent form applies, you can change your choice at any time via Settings > Ads > "Reset ad consent" in the app.
App tracking on iOS : You can change whether Slimedoku is allowed to track via Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your device. If you do not allow tracking, the app cannot access the advertising identifier (IDFA).
Advertising ID on Android : You can reset or delete your advertising ID via Settings > Google > All services > Ads on your device (the menu location may vary by device and OS version). See Google Help.
Even if you refuse personalized ads or do not allow tracking or advertising ID use, you can keep playing the game and ads will still be shown. In that case, non-personalized ads may be shown or ads may be less relevant.
5. Installation, Operation, and Refusal of Cookies and Similar Automatic Collection Tools
The Company does not install or operate cookies or similar automatic collection tools in the Service. For advertising identifiers and other information processed by the Ads SDK to show ads, and how to refuse, please see sections 3 and 4.
6. Retention and Deletion of Personal Information
The Company : The Company does not retain personal information of Service users. Information received through email inquiries is deleted without delay once the inquiry has been handled, unless retention is required by applicable law.
Information stored on your device : You can delete it yourself by deleting the app or using "Reset all data" (see section 2). Because the Company cannot access this information, it cannot delete it on your behalf.
Information processed by the Ads SDK : retained and deleted in accordance with Google's policies.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is a game for general audiences and is not directed at children, and it does not collect users' age information. Legal guardians who have questions about the processing of personal information of children under the age of 14 may contact us using the details in section 10.
8. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them
Under applicable laws, you may request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information. Because the Company does not hold information that identifies you, please use the following methods.
Information stored on your device : the deletion methods in section 2
Ad-related information processing : the consent management methods in section 4, and the methods for exercising your rights described in Google's Privacy Policy
If the way the Service processes information changes, for example if ad formats are added or analytics tools are introduced, we will revise this policy, update the effective date, and post it on this page.
